I love hearing that. I mean it. That’s awesome.

But my next question isn’t “What’s your revenue?”

It’s “Is your business healthier?”

Because I’ve seen it hundreds of times in 30 years:
🚩Revenue is up, but profit is down.
🚩Revenue is up, but your best people are walking out the door.
🚩Revenue is up, but cash is tight.
🚩Revenue is up, but the owner is working 70 to 80 hours a week and missing dinner with their family.

That’s not a healthy business. That’s just a bigger one.
Growing revenue and getting your life back are not opposites. You can have both.
