Western Tidewater Health District is currently conducting a Community Health Assessment to better understand the healthcare needs of our district and the communities we serve.

This assessment is an important effort that will provide valuable information to help decision-makers at the district, central office, and legislative levels identify and prioritize the services and resources needed to support positive health outcomes for our residents.

We recognize and appreciate the important work you do every day, and we are asking for your continued support as we work to accomplish this important task.

They're looking for anyone who lives within the Western Tidewater Health District (Suffolk, Franklin, Isle of Wight County, Southampton County), to take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete the survey. Every response matters and will help them better understand the needs of our community and inform efforts to build a healthier future for all.
