A true leader is in the trenches each day.

Living what he preaches and showing no weakness.

I have been walking the walk for a long time now and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon.

Point being is never ask another man to do something your not willing to do yourself.

I despise men who use people to to build a business when they never went through the pains of the labors.

2 things you need to focus on to eliminate competition.

INNOVATION: (my definition) this is a subtle art form of deep thinking.

Ask yourself this question. How can I do my job differently and do it better?

Once you come up with you answer you now have what your going to market to your clients.

MARKETING: (my definition) the subtle art form of presenting your thoughts to the world.

Tell people how you do things differently and why you do them this way.

Paint a picture for your client as to why you are the better choice and you way of doing things is supreme.

Build Character: Have The Courage Of A Lion!

“This concept BLEW MY MIND!” 🤯

See, I started out just like everyone else, I’d imagine.

Tired of the same old routine of punching the proverbial clock I decided to start mowing lawns and clean up peoples landscaping.

I was in heaven every time I unloaded at a property and jumped on my zero turn mower just knowing that I was in control of my time.

I was carefree and living life.

Something happened though…

My business started to become ‘real’ and I started to feel the stress of my responsibilities building.

Fast forward 3 years and I was wore down, feeling that I was yet again in an endless routine and feeling that I had no direction.

I knew what I wanted: To become a successful entrepreneur that was able to take vacations and spend time with my family.

But at the time I was working 12 hour days 6 and 7 days a week.

Even still I was hardly able to get a head it seemed the more money we brought in the more went out. I was stressed trying to make each weeks payroll, cover bills, and pay suppliers. The list of money going out seemed endless.

Just when it seemed like I was at my breaking point and contemplating going back to a regular 9-5

If every piece of your business is running at optimum efficiency then in turn your profits will reflect this.

Every move must be calculated and specific towards an outcome if NOT there is wasted energy and money.

I took this knowledge and looked at my own business.

I had 5-6 guys plus me at the time and I was doing maybe half of the revenue he was doing with only him and 1 other guys and on top of that my margin of profit was maybe 15-20% on a good day. With his framework he was at a staggering 70% profit after expenses. And he was doing this consistently every single day.

It was at this point I became obsessed with how a ‘micro’ business worked.

I came up with this essential framework

1. Learn the philosophy of success
2. Choose a niche and master it (less diversity)
3. Attract your ideal clients that align with the exact service you want to provide
4. Become the most knowledgable and efficient at the tasks you provide
