NOW HIRING: Equipment Operator / Laborer
Position Type: Full-Time

ProGrade Excavating is seeking a hardworking, dependable Equipment Operator/Laborer to join our team! This is a hands-on position combining heavy equipment operation with general labor duties on construction and site development projects.
Responsibilities:
• Operate various equipment (e.g., skid steer, excavator, dozer, loader)
• Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, grading, and site cleanup
• Maintain equipment and report mechanical issues
Requirements:
• Experience operating construction equipment (2+ years preferred)
• Willingness to perform manual labor in addition to operating machinery
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and teamwork skills
• Ability to read and understand siteplans
