For over 40 years we have been a full service sign business that continues to produce a wide range of lighted signs, custom neon, digital printed graphics, vehicle lettering and banners. We serve small businesses through large corporate accounts.
We are looking for self motivated team leaders that have strong sign production and installation skills. Salary based on professional experience. Top pay for top people!
Installer Position Requirements:
· Must have strong mechanical ability.
· Must be able to read and interpret site plans and shop drawings.
· Must have a clean driving record.
· Ability to plan, organize and layout work, set up and operate machinery such as crane equipment, welders, bobcat, forklift, ladders, hand tools and torches.
· Must be able to work at heights (crane buckets).
· Must be able to lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.
· Employee is required to reach with arms and hands, and climb up and down ladders.
· Able to work well under pressure to output high volume, high quality work.
· CDL license required.
Project/Sales Manager Position Requirements:
· The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of prior project management experience in the sign industry and familiarity with sign fabrication and installation methods.
· Ensuring that jobs are completed on-time and within budget.
· Arranging site visits and site surveys.
· Obtaining engineering calculations and seals.
· Assisting with estimates and quotations.
· Monitoring schedules.
· Writing change orders.
· Maintaining client relationships.
· Applying for permits for jobs.
· Issuing job site instructions to installation crews.
· Vendor selection and negotiation.
· Shop drawing review.
· Maintain accessible and accurate job files for all projects.
· Resolving issues with projects quickly and effectively.
· College degree preferred.
Signs Graphic Design/Production Position Requirements:
· Ability to operate large format digital printers, lamination and vinyl cutting machines.
· Required to have 5 years sign shop experience in designing and fabricating signs.
· Must be able to work in Frederick, MD. Not accepting remote workers.
· Use provided design software i.e. Flexi Sign, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
· Ability to install vinyl graphics, digital prints, and vehicle lettering.
· Assist in ordering material and maintaining inventory.
· Required to have a strong knowledge of sign materials and substrates.
· Must have strong communication skills – written and verbal.
· Must be able to have sharp attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
· Provide the best signage solution for the client’s criteria.
· Must keep equipment and production area organized and clean.
· Required to have sign making material knowledge.
· Must have valid Driver's License
