ough standardized testing criteria. If a product does not meet our posted performance and quality standards, we will replace it free of charge! Lifeline provides customers with lot-specific QC results, material safety data sheets, donor information and certificates of analysis. Lifeline has made significant improvements to traditional medium packaging. The specially designed shrink label on our products works as a light barrier to help protect medium from light damage. The barrier sleeves of our products help protect the medium from contaminants found in a water bath. Lifeline strives to provide our customers with responsive, knowledgeable and friendly customer service. Our Technical Account Executives are thoroughly trained in the technical aspects of human cell culture and are backed by a management staff with over 100 years of cell culture experience. If all representatives are on other calls, Lifeline pledges to return our customer’s voice message by the end of the working day.
