Another Custom Hose bed cover with Quick Deploy Rear Netting. This cover sports black grommets every 10" and bungee cordage to pass through to fasten down to the truck. This set up is heading to South Adams Volunteer Emergency Services in Hanover, PA

We are often asked how we make our Fire Hose nets so straight and measured out to spec. Well, everything is drawn out to width and height requested by the customer in our Optitex Design Software to ensure everything meets the desired size. From there it goes to our automated hot cutter, where the webbing is cut to length then goes back to the table where it is laid out on a printed template before it is clipped together from there it heads to the sewing table to be sewn. Below you will see start to finish of Custom Cross Lay Nets designed and made by our Engineer Thomas for a new Client Specialized Fire Equipment Service in Middletown, PA for a new Fire Engine out fitting they are finishing up. Thanks to Mike and his team at Specialized Fire Equipment Service for trusting us to make these nets and we look forward to future projects from you.

Not all banners need to be printed on vinyl!!! Extruded UV resistant and blocking mesh is a great option for high wind areas it allows wind and rain to pass through with ease and is capable of Single or Full Color print on them.

Extruded Mesh is used for many applications such as truck nets, UV curtains in barns and homes, Banners and just about anything you can come up with for a use. its strong rugged and last a long time.

Custom Department Training Rope Bag Sample. Small single bag order or Large Department orders we can handle it all. These Training Rope Bags arethe same bag style bags used by the Fire Department of New York but with some of our In house Engineer Thomas’s personal upgrades for strength and durability. The LIFE SAVING ROPE BAG version of this bag is typically carried by the “roofman” for their life saving rope. This bag is ideal in station and the training grounds for most fire-rescue applications. It can carry the FDNY specified 150’ of 9/16” 3 strand rescue rope or 175’ of 1/2” 2 person static kernmantle life safety rope.
