Hunter Crown’s contingency search service is our most popular product and is applicable for searches that range from entry level through middle management positions. These searches are overseen by a Principal of HC, led by a member of our Recruiting Team and supported by our Research Team. HC has established a track record of successful closing a high percentage of all opened contingency searches.
Our goal is to have 3-5 highly qualified candidates presented to the client within 30 days of opening the search. Hunter Crown’s retained search service is our premium product and receives the highest level of dedicated service. Generally reserved for Director level and higher roles, this service is also appropriate for specialized searches (ex. confidentially replacing an incumbent or looking for unique experience). These searches are led by a Principal of HC and supported by our Recruiting and Research Team. We guarantee results and strive to have final round candidates to our client within 45 days of opening the search. Hunter Crown’s approach to search is predicated upon the belief that it is critical to understand our client’s business, culture, organizational structure, growth objectives, and current needs before a search is initiated. Consider our approach to be consultative, not simply transactional. Only after we have absolute clarity do we initiate the search process. This process begins with tapping into our extensive network, researching both commercial and proprietary databases, and sourcing through our strategic partners to create a list of potential candidates. HC will then contact, screen, qualify and interview prospective candidates that strongly match the profile of the ideal candidate. Only top candidates are sent on to the client for interviews. At this point we coordinate interviews, handle scheduling, and move the search forward to a successful close. For most searches, our goal is to present 3-5 top candidates for final consideration.
