The hidden heroes of a great siding install are housewrap, housewrap tape, and proper flashing.
A beautiful siding job is only as good as the work underneath it and this is a perfect example of our crew taking the time to expertly wrap the house, tape around the perimeter, and install kick out flashing where a roofline meets the siding.
Note the black metal piece they tuck and tape against the wall under the housewrap and the black kick out flashing that pushes water away from the bottom corner of the roof. Add a little extra caulk behind to hold it in place and that’s five layers of protection in a common problem area. Just another way we work magic on your home✨
