Sketchy forecast today, stay safe out there!! If you do happen to get hail we offer free inspections to assess the damage and determine whether insurance will help cover the repairs.

Two tips for improving the chances of your insurance approving repairs from hail damage:
1) Get video of it happening in real time. Pretty hard for an insurance company to argue that there isn’t hail damage when you have a video of it happening.
2) Save a few pieces and put them in the freezer to verify size. Be careful not to put yourself in danger going outside to get them.

Spring has sprung!! Which means the IKO Roofing roofs are blossoming🌷🏡 We like tulips too but Weathered Wood shingles really get us in the spirit🤣

Not only did insurance cover a full roof and siding replacement for this customer but they also included fixing the missing pieces of aluminum flashing at the top of the chimney that were allowing water to get in. Happy we can help get things sealed back up and water tight!!

Did we mention any full replacement comes with a ten-year workmanship warranty🧙‍♂️🏠💪

She’s a beaut, Clark!! These IKO Roofing Dynasty shingles are stunning. We decided to do an extra run of ice and water shield on this roof since it is not a particularly steep slope. Seems prudent with winter coming on strong🏒⛄️🧣

This is what a roof should look like under your shingles. There are many components to a roof system in addition to plywood and shingles. The rows of black material are called ice and water shield and it is a self-sealing membrane that helps prevent ice from creeping up your roof when snow partially melts and refreezes. The rows of white are synthetic underlayment, which helps protect your plywood, is an added water barrier, lets the roof breathe, and makes it safer for the crew to walk on compared to plywood.
