Wednesday is Healthy Families Rappahannock Area playgroup day, with TWO times/locations. Gather up your little ones and come meet other moms in our area! Stafford Fire and Rescue will be there giving CPR tips for children.

This Saturday!

Grateful today for Mother Nature always taking care of her babies. My garden has been a bit neglected after getting over a virus. I spent my first week feeling well checking in with clients and trying to my home back in order. I went out to apologize to the garden this morning and Nature said, "Girl, you take care of you and I got your back."
