🌟 Embracing Change, Seeking Collaboration! 🌟

Hey amazing community! 🌈 As I reflect on the transformative journey that was 2023, I'm thrilled to share a bit of my story with you all. 🚀 This year, I took a much-needed mental health break after hustling hard in pursuit of my educational and professional goals. As mothers and entrepreneurs, we often overlook the importance of self-care and self-love. 🌺

During this time, I've worked on cultivating strong boundaries, prioritizing joy and freedom, reflecting on my strengths and areas for improvement, and refining my outlook on faith, life, and purpose. And guess what? I'm beyond excited to share that I've been accepted into the Entrepreneurial program at Cornell University! 🎓✨

As I gear up for 2024, I'm back better than ever, fueled by a deep sense of purpose. I'm ready to dive into a business that allows me to be balanced, flexible, and continue serving others in our incredible . 🌍

Sometimes we go through a rough patch it makes us question who we are. Imposter Syndrome circles back. But you have to remind yourself that those thoughts are NOT TRUE.

Many business owners often make the mistake of trying to manage a variety of roles in their business. I get it. I too once had to be the owner, marketer, scheduler, sales agent, customer service rep, recruiter, etc. But the truth is- it just isn't sustainable as your business continues to grow.

Here's why you should NOT wear all the hats in your business:

1. Burnout- has major impact on your mental and physical health, resulting in you being less productive

2. Lack of expertise- can lead to costly mistakes and legal issues

3. Limited time- less time to focus on core business activities, hindering the growth of your business
