I’ve gotten so much better over the last decade about NOT eating my feelings, but this past Saturday I made an exception with a soothing dish of icecream. If you receive my newsletter, you’ll hear more of the story in a few days and can judge for yourself if my emotional indulgence was justified.

At least my choices have improved in quality and quantity over the years! Shown here are 2 scoops of real icecream made with organic strawberries, raw cream, raw milk, Celtic sea salt, egg yolks, rapadura sugar, and raw honey. The maple walnut scoop had the same base ingredients plus the obvious addition of real maple syrup and walnuts.

So good! 😋
