Well we may not be getting a whopper of a cold front just yet , but I’ll take 68 for morning temps and 94 as a high over 112 for sure !

Texas said, “Good news! A cold front is coming.”

Translation: instead of sweating at 102°, we’ll be sweating at 94°.

Break out the porch chairs, folks. Practically sweater weather.

The sun is turning up the heat this week ! If you don’t want to heat up your kitchen or yourself , try these dry rubbed chicken thighs on the Primo Ceramic Grills for a tasty dinner! If you don’t have a Primo grill, shop our website or stop by the showroom and check them out ! They are great outdoor accessory for the outdoor kitchen !

Toss your chicken in salt, garlic powder, cayenne, onion powder, and paprika, let sit covered in the fridge overnight, and then grill at 400-450 until lightly charred. Transfer to indirect heat until you see an internal temp of 165 - if needed.

The recent cooler morning temps have had us in our fall feels! Kids are heading back to school and before we know it , the cooler weather will arrive ! With that being said it’s good to know that your gas fireplace logs should be replaced every 10 to 12 years for vented systems, and every 3 to 5 years for vent-free systems. How often you need to change them depends on how much you use the fireplace and the condition of the materials.
