🎙️ WE’RE HIRING: Studio Technician / Content Studio Coordinator 🎥

Are you passionate about podcasting, video production, and creator culture? We’re looking for a versatile Studio Technician / Content Studio Coordinator to help manage day-to-day operations and deliver top-tier client experiences at our studio!

This hybrid role balances hands-on technical production (audio/video/lighting) with client relations and booking sales. You'll be the primary point of contact—handling studio tours, running client shoots, and making sure every session runs seamlessly.

📌 The Details
⏱️ Type: Part-Time (20+ hours/week, flexible schedule including some evenings/weekends)
💰 Base Compensation: $850–$1,250 bi-weekly
📈 Incentives: Uncapped commission on bookings + performance bonuses
🚀 Growth: Opportunity to scale into a full-time role as studio operations expand

🛠️ What You’ll Do
Run On-Site Production: Set up and operate mirrorless/cinema cameras, XLR audio, multi-point lighting, and streaming/recording tools (OBS, Riverside, Premiere, etc.).
Manage Sessions: Serve as the live engineer/producer during client shoots, monitoring audio/video levels and organizing file handoffs.
Drive Studio Growth: Answer inbound calls, host studio tours for prospective clients, and convert inquiries into bookings.
Maintain the Space: Prep sets, manage the booking calendar, and keep studio gear organized and operational.

🎯 What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience with professional video cameras, lighting setups, and audio interfaces/mixers.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset (comfortable coaching guests on camera and pitching packages).
Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Able to lift up to ~40 lbs of gear and stand during shoots.
(Prior studio experience, editing skills, or a background in sales/hospitality are a big plus!)
