To our subscribers: Due to circumstances beyond our control, the newspaper will not be delivered to the US Post Office or our retail locations until Thursday afternoon. Therefore, the Post Office will not be delivering this week's edition until Saturday, June 20, due to the Juneteenth Holiday on Friday, June 19. The electronic version of the newspaper will be uploaded at 9:00 p.m. tonight as usual. Any subscriber to the Tribune is able to access the online edition free of charge. Go to www.freeburgtribune.com, click on the subscribe button, and at the bottom of the page in the promo box enter NEWS2019, continue to the next page where the prices should be listed with a $0 value and continue to the bottom to enter your e-mail address. On the next page enter your information along with a password and you are all set to go.

So, it appears that once again the post office did not deliver mail to more than half of Freeburg. We are so sorry for the delay in delivery. We will be making a complaint to the Belleville post office, the national post office, and congressman Bost.
