Installed this lock set in Jackson. These can get a little tricky depending on the old lock. It's not always a perfect replacement. This one needed some minor chisel work and drilling a hole through the door to connect the bottom of the handle.

Repaired 2 leaky hydrants today in Jackson. These 'Mansfield' type hydrant repair kits are an affordable way to fix the inevitable leaky faucet for your garden hoses.

The many little gaskets and bushings inside the hydrant degrade over time which cause the leaks. Also replaced the included vacuum breaker on top.

These kits and my service saved my client likely a couple hundred (or more) dollar bill from a plumber.
