Here’s a quick productivity tip that’s been helping a lot of our clients lately — especially solopreneurs and creatives who juggle a million moving parts.

Productivity Tip: The “Two-Minute Sweep” Once a day, take two minutes to clear only the tiny tasks that have been sitting on your mind — replying to one message, filing one document, updating one link, or sending one follow-up. It’s small, but it keeps your mental load from piling up and prevents those micro‑tasks from becoming stress multipliers.

Most people underestimate how much these tiny tasks drain their energy. Clearing just a few each day creates momentum and frees up your brain for the work that actually matters.

If you’ve been feeling the weight of those small recurring tasks, the ones that interrupt your flow but still need to get done, we have clients who find our simple support option very helpful, and it can certainly help you too.

Micro Support Plan — for $49.99/month you get three small tasks each month (or two small tasks and a 30-minute consultation), perfect for things like:
• posting or updating content
• quick research
• inbox cleanup
• organizing digital files
• updating bios or links
• proofreading
• sending follow-ups
• formatting documents or creating simple contracts
• managing spreadsheets

It’s designed for solopreneurs, coaches, authors, and creatives who don’t need a full VA — just a little consistent support to stay organized and keep things moving. You can even try it out for a month or two and then cancel. There is no obligation so you can cancel at any time by simply sending us an e-mail.

If you’d like to try it, please visit our Virtual Assistant page below to sign up, or click the “chat with the owner” button on that page to schedule a quick chat.

Dumped all the bags of bags on the floor to sort through and get rid of them…enough is enough. Having a goodbye ceremony! Did you know you can take them to a local thrift shop where they could actually use them? 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
