Nearly a dozen private-investment projects (funds from private companies or people) are in process in downtown Freeport.
“We’re seeing community partners continue to collaborate and work together,” says Andrea Schultz Winter, executive director of Greater Freeport Partnership. “There are a lot of things that we can’t control that are outside the region, but we can thrive by focusing on what we can control, maintaining positivity and looking for ways we can work together.”
