From a hole in the ground to prepared for flat work… we’ve got you covered every step of the way. This job required preparing stone bases for our footings due to poor native soils. Next we brought in structural fill to raise the sub-grade as needed. Lastly we brought in 8” of stone to prepare for our concrete floor.

Existing footings removed, 10” of 1 1/2” crushed stone placed and compacted, new footings, floor drains, 8” of crushed stone place and compacted for the floor, and backfilled the foundation with sand! There was a lot of steps we took to ensure that this foundation wouldn’t fail.
