Congratulations to Century 21 Bolte Real Estate on the opening of their new Fremont office and the celebration of an incredible 90 years in business.

Founded in 1936 by Ann E. Bolte, Ohio’s first female real estate broker, the company has grown into a fourth-generation family-owned business with deep roots throughout Northwest Ohio. Their new Fremont location reflects both a commitment to the future and a continued investment in Sandusky County.

Stephanie was awarded our $1,500 scholarship during Bishop Hoffman Catholic School’s Senior Awards Ceremony.

New Member Spotlight: Rachel Zimmerman Williams, The Danberry Co.

Born and raised in Sandusky County, Rachel is passionate about helping clients throughout Northwest Ohio navigate residential and small commercial real estate transactions with confidence and peace of mind.

Inspired by her grandmother, Bev, who started Ole Zim's, Rachel believes there’s no such thing as “that’s not my job” when it comes to serving her clients. Whether it’s helping prepare a home for move-in, answering a late-night question, or guiding families through life’s biggest transitions, her goal is to make every client feel like they’re her only client.

Rachel has already jumped right into Chamber involvement as a member of our Agriculture Committee and also serves on the mentorship committee for Sandusky County Positive People. She remains active throughout the community, supporting local events and organizations that make Sandusky County a great place to live and do business.
