My email was H@CK3D!! My business email. The problem has been fixed on my end, however I tried to send an email to tell everyone not to open that email and advise if anything was clicked in the email, to go through the password change process. My email is now BLOCKED in the servers of most of my customers! 😭 I am not spam! I am a little bitty business trying to stay above water as it isssss
It was all just this morning. And they literally took over my email account, deleting the bounces and sending and deleting tests to the email to validate it first. Not a typical situation, probably someone who actually knows how to figure out my passwords? Idk.... they literally answered some that replied/questioned, like "hey girl what is this?" with stuff like "It's ok! Just click through it and it will explain and walk you through, it's important!" No joke!! Not bot/Ai/script energy! I rarely type "through" or "them" and use emojis, very human and familiar things for this reason, but not everyone "Knows" knows me. My email goes to my phone as well so I noticed weird disappearing notifications very super early, like way before business hours, then a customer called me directly a few hours ago. (My phone email app doesn't access all the folders so it took til I could get to a PC to see all of this also.)
If you received an email about a warranty card/warranty information or a payment request with links from PRINT, LLC please do not click anything and just delete it. Then check your spam/unaccepted lists and make sure it is not there. Some smart servers recognize things we may not realize, like BCC to multiple recipients with many being the info@ service@ etc ones a human wouldn't send a general email to. I only use Quckbooks and only ever send attachments of solid files (JPG, PDF, PNG etc) and will never ask you to log in or provide passwords.
