Retro meets renewable.

In Los Gatos, Cinnamon Energy Systems had a vision for its 1950s-era headquarters: to demonstrate that raising the building’s energy efficiency was better than simply razing the building.

They reengineered their headquarters with electrification, storage, EV charging, and a rooftop commercial solar system powered by Enphase IQ8P-3P Microinverters. Today, the building offsets 75% of its annual energy use while delivering $26K in yearly savings — with more upside as utility rates rise.

Barry Cinnamon, CEO of Cinnamon Energy Systems, put it simply: “We have never installed a commercial system that was commissioned so flawlessly and quickly.”

As more homeowners add batteries, Enphase continues to work with energy providers and aggregators to help support the grid while giving homeowners more value from their energy storage.

For California homeowners served by Ava Community Energy — a nonprofit community electricity provider in the Bay Area — the Ava SmartHome Battery program offers eligible Enphase IQ Battery owners the opportunity to join a virtual power plant and earn rewards for sharing a portion of their stored energy during times of high grid demand.

Eligible customers may receive an upfront installation rebate and ongoing participation payments, including opportunities for existing battery owners to enroll.

Net metering in the Netherlands ends January 1, 2027, and Enphase is helping Dutch homeowners prepare with expanded homeowner events and new access to financing options.

Through a new referral arrangement with Prets, eligible homeowners can access available financing solutions, including Nationaal Warmtefonds, to help make a solar-plus-battery investment more accessible.

Our first commercial battery is here.

Pre-orders are now open in the U.S. for the IQ Battery C80, an all-in-one, AC-coupled commercial battery storage system delivering 80 kWh of usable energy capacity and up to 40 kVA of continuous power in a single, compact enclosure.

It brings Enphase's distributed architecture to commercial energy storage, completing Enphase's commercial offering and enabling an end-to-end commercial energy solution with IQ9 Commercial Microinverter panel-level generation and integrated storage.

Designed for C&I projects up to 2 MWh, it gives asset owners the flexibility to right-size projects and expand over time. Its distributed, microinverter-based design eliminates single points of failure, supporting high uptime for demand charge management, time-of-use shifting, self-consumption, grid services, and VPP participation.

Shipments are expected to begin in the first half of 2027.

Enphase is bringing its full home energy platform to Italy, giving homeowners a way to generate, store, back up, and use their own energy, all within one system.

With the Enphase IQ System Controller 3, homeowners with IQ Battery 5P systems can now add home backup, including three-phase backup with FlexPhase, and expand storage over time as their energy needs grow.

The Enphase IQ EV Charger 2 works on its own in any home, and when paired with Enphase solar and batteries, drivers can charge their EV with the energy they generate and store themselves.
