The minimum scale for our ultra-high throughput synthesizer is 2 nmol up to 100 nmol, ensuring precise and efficient oligonucleotide synthesis. We offer 384-well plates at scales of 2 nmol – 100nmol. To synthesize at greater scales of 200 nmol or more, simply pool together synthesized oligos to achieve larger scales!

🔸 The total run time to synthesize 768 oligos is as quick as 2 hours and 13 minutes for one 384-well plate, and 3 hours and 15 minutes for two 384-well plates (9 minutes per cycle at 20 mers / 25 nm scale)

🔹 What volume of reagent does the Dr. Oligo 768XLc consume in a run?
