We recently had the opportunity to manufacture a series of components for one of our valued customers in the life science and clinical research industry — internally, we refer to this project as a "fish" due to its body shape.

The project included precision-molded trays and hose barbs, all fabricated from durable and chemical-resistant polypropylene. We were able to deliver high-quality parts with tight tolerances — meeting both the functional and regulatory standards our client requires.

👀 Check out this massive custom chamber assembly we manufactured! Oversized, 1/2" thick sheets were required to produce these units. They measure 5-feet by 5-feet at the base, stand 6-feet tall, and weigh roughly 425 lbs. each. Due to their substantial size, the chambers were designed for modular assembly using stainless steel fasteners installed through tapped and counter-bored holes. This approach ensured a flush finish for all hardware, and with all edges polished to clear, the units were given an industrial, yet refined appearance.

To accommodate transportation and installation constraints—particularly door frame limitations—the design allowed the units to be easily disassembled and reassembled on-site without compromising structural integrity or visual quality.
