Some people join your team and simply do a job.
And then there are people who somehow become part of the story. 🤍
Morgan Jagel has grown right alongside Elevate, and we are so incredibly grateful for the heart, effort, patience, and willingness she brings to this team.
She has stepped into new things, learned as she went, asked questions, taken feedback, shown up for our clients, and continued to grow into her role more and more along the way.
But beyond the work, Morgan is just one of those people we’re thankful to have in our corner.
Building a business can be messy. It changes fast. There are big ideas, last-minute pivots, long days, exciting wins, and plenty of “okay…how are we going to make this happen?” moments.
Having someone willing to grow WITH you through all of that means more than we can probably put into a Facebook post.
Morgan, thank you for believing in what we’re building, for caring about the businesses we serve, and for being willing to stretch yourself as Elevate continues to grow and evolve.
We are proud of you, grateful for you, and really excited to see where this next chapter takes all of us.
