Nextpower has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Zimmermann PV-Steel Group, a Germany-based solar technology provider with more than 20 GW deployed across more than 2,400 projects in 58 countries.

Zimmermann brings deep steel expertise and a proven portfolio across fixed tilt, carports, high-density trackers, agriPV, and floating PV. Combined with Nextpower’s global platform — trackers, eBOS, PCS, BESS, software, and services — we can support more customer use cases across Europe and beyond.
