Big Congratulations to our partner MDS Properties. Another mile for them and us who provided the technical assistance in navigating the process.

Big news for the MDS Property!

After a long journey of planning, collaboration, and persistence, the effort to purchase the surplus property from the City of Fresno reached a major milestone today. The item was officially approved on the City Council agenda — moving the MDS project one step closer to reality.

This moment reflects months of groundwork, community input, and coordination to transform underutilized city land into a space with purpose and impact. With council approval secured, the next phase begins: finalizing the purchase and advancing development plans.

Thank you to everyone who supported the vision and helped move this forward. More updates to come as we continue the MDS Property journey.
