ALL offices must be cleaned out everyday

o Desk, cabinets anything with flat surface etc. must be wiped down

o Vacuum at least once a week or as needed.

Trash MUST be taken out (office, shop, restrooms, inventory, shipping and receiving

Break room must be clean, tables must be wiped down every morning and after lunch

o trash taken out every day.

o Sweep

o Microwaves need to be wiped out

Restrooms maintain clean throughout shift

Assist inventory, shipping and receiving

The Welder/Fabricator has a primary responsibility to TIG and MIG weld aluminum and stainless steel (steel) parts in a safe, productive manner. Each job must be run with safety, accuracy, and timeliness in the welding area. The position may require travel to remote jobsites. As such, a CA driver license can be required. Equipment fabrication and service experience is desirable.

SSWI is 100% employee owned and offers retirement benefits through profit sharing.

Pay rate will be based on experience.

Alright, so we had to keep our end of the bet since we lost. Good game guys! There is always next year 🤔

Not only did Eddie & Jamie have to wear their University of Minnesota jerseys today (since we won against Fresno State) but they ALSO had to do a lap around the shop showing off their new jerseys!
