I am proud to report my office got another disabled worker approved for Social Security Disability Insurance benefits which will pay monthly benefits to the worker going back to 2017 and separate disability payments to the worker's minor children for the same time period and continuing payments to the disabled worker permanently and to his children until they are age 18 or out of high school. This worker, who speaks only Spanish, was bewildered by the disability program's language and seemingly illogical actions, while being very ill and very pressured to provide for his family. Another success! 32 years of experience doing this important work.
