Panda Digital Media Consulting or PandaDMC, was conceived in February 2012 when, founder, Russ Parsley, left CBS Corporation in the Detroit, MI market. In July 2012, Russ, following the premature passing of his Wife & Best Friend of over 34 years, returned to the Fresno, CA market to a Digital Media Sales role for KSEE 24 NBC.

In NOV2017, Russ created www.DigitalFirst.us to serve, first as his personal brand in the digital media realm. Any Digital Media professional that has been developing digital media solutions for businesses after 1996, makes Russ Digital First. Second, DigitalFirst serves as an introduction into the experience offered by Russ and leads directly to his current media partnership.

After serving Nexstar (KSEE24 | CBS47 | Nexstar Digital for nearly 10 years, in March 2022 Russ joined forces with The Fulton Group, a 45 year experienced full service Ad Agency, and a locally owned Radio Group, One Putt Broadcasting (www.OnePuttBroadcasting.com), featuring 4 legacy radio stations and 1 new radio station that Launched JUL 4, 2022, filling a considerable void in the Fresno market.
