Ms. Flowers was co-founder and executive director of Boys2MenGirls2Women, where she launched the organization from the ground up and identified & initiated business development strategies. She managed Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations, and Administrative departments. Flowers integrated community fundraising and corporate development as well as supervised and developed workforce training.
