As many of you already know, our showroom was reopened with restrictions. We are focused on the safety of our staff and customers, so we are asking that everyone follow guidelines and wear a mask when you enter our showroom. Also, if you notice that there is not room to keep space between you and other customers, please wait outside until there is room. We can safely accommodate 3 - 4 customers at a time at our sales counter. Please wear your mask, not because we were told we have to, but because we all respect each other and want to do our part to keep everyone healthy.
These rules do slow things down, and it can be inconvenient. We are taking steps to improve our customer service. New software has been added to our telephone system to assure that your call is answered in order, and that no one is helped out of turn. You can text questions and orders to our main telephone number, and will receive a response as soon as possible. We are also implementing our new website with a shopping cart, so that you can check inventory and your pricing without a phone call, 24 hours a day. You can request special quotes. Placing orders will become easier as the site is improved. You need to be a current wholesale customer to sign up for access to the website.
