This week, Dark Horse Intelligence wrapped a three-day investigation that ended with a prolific mail theft and fraud suspect in handcuffs on the streets of Las Vegas.
Homemade USPS arrow key. Stolen identities. Credit card fraud. Controlled substances. Robbery. A getaway vehicle that lost a wheel mid-flight and gave out in a parking lot.
