After each session, I personally follow up with parents to share key takeaways, individualized feedback, and thoughtful recommendations based on what their teen worked on during the workshop. I also include helpful resources, like books, tools, a link to a career planner, to support continued growth at home.

This added layer ensures students not only learn these skills in the moment, but continue to practice, build confidence, and apply them in real-life situations long after the workshop is over.
