📢 ATTENTION CUSTOMERS — EXCITING SHOP UPDATE! 🦌🦃🦆
We are getting excited about the upcoming hunting season and can’t wait for everyone to see our new and updated shop! We are putting the finishing touches on our new mounting room and are hopeful that it will be up and running before the new season begins.
One of the things we are most excited about is that our new mounting room will allow us to have up to 10 animals in the mounting process at one time! This will help us keep things moving and, most importantly, shorten our turnaround times on your trophies. 🎉
With this exciting change, we will also need to make a few changes to our process to help keep everything flowing smoothly.
🦌 A FEW IMPORTANT CHANGES FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON:
• Deposits must be paid in full before any work begins on your trophy.
• Once we are ready to begin work on your animal, the remaining balance must be paid in full before your trophy is mounted.
• Once your trophy is completed and ready for pickup, we kindly ask that you pick it up within 10 days.
The shorter pickup window will allow us to keep our new mounting room moving efficiently and make room for the next customer’s trophy. We haven’t had a major problem with unclaimed mounts, but we have had a few that remained here for extended periods of time, and with our increased capacity, space will be especially important.
