Castle Biosciences, Inc. Leading diagnostics company improving health through innovative tests that guide patient care. total addressable market.

At Castle, we aim to transform disease management by keeping people first — the patients who benefit from the information that our advanced diagnostic tests provide, the clinicians who use our tests to guide disease management decisions, our talented and valued employees, and our investors. For the diseases that our portfolio of tests cover, we believe the traditional approach to developing a treatment plan for cancers and other diseases using clinical and pathology factors alone is inadequate and can be improved by incorporating the personalized information our tests provide. Our innovative portfolio of commercial and pipeline tests targets unmet clinical need along the patient care continuum. We currently market five proprietary tests designed to answer clinical questions and address treatment plan challenges facing physicians in dermatologic cancers, uveal melanoma and Barrett’s esophagus. https://castletestinfo.com

Our test for invasive cutaneous melanoma, DecisionDx®-Melanoma, is a proprietary gene expression profile, or GEP, test that uses an individual patient’s tumor biology to predict the risk of metastasis or recurrence, as well as the risk of sentinel lymph node positivity, independent of traditional staging factors. https://castletestinfo.com/decisiondx-melanoma

DecisionDx®-SCC is our GEP test that predicts the risk of metastasis in patients with cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma, who have one or more risk factors. https://castletestinfo.com/products/decision-dx-scc

DecisionDx®-UM, the standard of care in uveal melanoma staging, is our GEP test that predicts the risk of metastasis for patients with uveal melanoma, a rare eye cancer. https://castletestinfo.com/products/decisiondx-um

Our comprehensive diagnostic offering — myPath® Melanoma and DecisionDx® DiffDx™-Melanoma — provides a highly accurate, objective result to aid dermatopathologists and dermatologists in characterizing suspicious pigmented lesions. https://castletestinfo.com/mypath-melanoma-diffdx-melanoma

TissueCypher® Barrett’s Esophagus is the world’s first precision medicine test designed to predict future development of esophageal cancer in patients with Barrett’s esophagus. https://tissuecypher.com

Together, we believe these commercial products support an estimated total addressable market of approximately $3 billion in the United States. Additionally, in 2021, we announced the launch of our innovative pipeline initiative to develop a genomic test aimed at predicting response to systemic therapy in patients with moderate-to-severe psoriasis, atopic dermatitis and related inflammatory skin conditions. If successful, this pipeline test has the potential to add approximately $1.9 billion to our current estimated U.S. Castle Biosciences (Nasdaq: CSTL) is based in Friendswood, Texas and has laboratory operations in Phoenix, Arizona, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. : Ocular Edition

Happy ! When it comes to staying healthy, we can't forget our 👀 EYES! Many eye diseases, such as uveal melanoma (the most common form of eye cancer), can have no symptoms, so regular exams — including dilated eye exams — are critical to early diagnosis.

Castle announces the publication of a study showing that the TissueCypher® Barrett's Esophagus Test helped guide risk-aligned management decisions for patients with non-dysplastic Barrett's esophagus (NDBE). In the study, clinicians changed their management recommendations 90% of the time after receiving TissueCypher results, including escalating management for all patients with intermediate- or high-risk results and de-escalating management for 84% of those with low-risk results.

The study, titled "The Tissue Systems Pathology Test Guides Physician Recommendations for Patients With Non-Dysplastic Barrett's Esophagus: A Case Series From a Gastrointestinal Surgery Center," was published in Foregut: The Journal of the American Foregut Society and is linked in the press release: https://hubs.la/Q04yBt6G0

Castle announces the publication of a new study highlighting the challenges patients with atopic dermatitis (AD) experience in achieving their treatment goals and strong patient interest in molecular testing to help guide systemic therapy selection.

"One thing came through clearly in this study: patients want better control of their disease and more information to help guide their treatment decisions," said study author Diego Ruiz Dasilva, M.D., board-certified dermatologist at Forefront Dermatology in Virginia Beach, Virginia. "AdvanceAD-Tx gives us an opportunity to bring objective molecular information into those conversations, helping personalize systemic treatment decisions and expedite the path to an effective therapy and symptom relief."
