Really proud to share that Upegui has been named to CRN’s Women of the Channel 2026 list .

If you’ve worked with Antonia, this won’t surprise you. She has a way of bringing structure to chaos and helping teams move forward without losing control of ex*****on. Not just in sales, but in how things actually run day to day.

A lot of what she does happens behind the scenes. Building systems, tightening processes, making sure growth doesn’t come at the expense of performance. That kind of work doesn’t always get recognized publicly, but it should.

As hiring volume increased, we found early-stage interviews were taking more time without improving candidate quality. We introduced Right Hire to structure first-round evaluation and saw a clear shift in both speed and alignment, including a significant reduction in interview volume and faster hiring cycles.
