Life insurance should be secured before your family is forced to need it.

Your current rate was set in yesterday’s insurance market.

The market doesn’t stand still. Carrier appetite changes. Pricing changes. Underwriting technology gets smarter. And when competition improves, the company that made sense for you a year or two ago may not be the best fit today.

That’s why now is a smart time to take another look at your auto insurance.

At The Agent’s Office®, we’re independent—which means we’re not tied to one insurance company. We can take your information to a broader marketplace, compare your options, and help you look at more than just the price.

Because the goal isn’t simply a cheaper policy.

It’s better value, the right coverage, and a carrier that wants your business.

Think it’s time to see what today’s market can do for you?

Insurance is starting to get interesting again.

After several years of rising premiums, tighter underwriting, and fewer options, we're beginning to see competition improve in parts of the insurance market. Carrier pricing pressure is easing in several areas, underwriting technology is becoming more sophisticated, and insurers are getting better at identifying the risks they actually want.

For consumers and business owners, that creates an opportunity.

If you haven't shopped your insurance recently, now may be a very good time to see what the market thinks your risk is worth today.

And this is where working with an independent insurance agency can make a real difference.

A captive agent generally represents one insurance company.

At The Agent's OfficeÂŽ, we have access to a much broader insurance marketplace, allowing us to compare options across multiple carriers and determine which companies are actually competing for your business.

The best policy isn't always the cheapest one.

But when better coverage, better pricing, and better carrier competition line up, you want someone in your corner who can see more than one option.

The market is changing.

It may be worth taking another look.

Everybody needs an agent.

AI adoption moved faster than most medical practices’ insurance policies.

Physician AI use climbed from 38% in 2023 to 81% in 2026. Meanwhile, Texas added new AI requirements and insurers began introducing optional generative-AI exclusions.

The technology changed. The law changed. Your policy may have changed too.

Texas SB 1188 and TRAIGA require you to disclose AI use and review every AI-generated record. Here's what each law says — and what changed on your policies.

Two Texas dentists can carry the same $1 million malpractice limit and still have very different protection. Retroactive dates, tail coverage, consent-to-settle provisions, sedation exposure, license defense, and the actual named insured can matter just as much as the number on the declarations page.

Texas doesn't require dentists to carry malpractice coverage — your lease, lender and DSO agreement do. The 7 policies a practice needs, and what claims cost.

The Texas home insurance market is telling homeowners something important.

In the first half of 2026, surplus-lines commercial property premium fell 13.7% while residential, homeowners, and other personal-property premium grew 20.2%.

Commercial property is getting relief. Homeowners are still being pushed toward alternative markets.

Your Texas home quote came back surplus lines. What non-admitted means, why the guaranty association doesn't apply, and what to ask before you sign.

Texas law doesn't require physicians to carry malpractice insurance. Nine specific events do — from your first patient to the day you leave. Here's when coverage becomes necessary.

Texas lets medical practices opt out of workers’ comp. It also strips away three legal defenses when they do.

Texas doesn't require workers' comp — but opting out lets injured staff sue your practice. Needlestick claims, real costs, and what Labor Code 406.033 changes.

The Good Samaritan did more than stop and care. He paid the innkeeper and promised to cover the remaining cost. Christian physicians should not overlook that part.
