Are you ready for change? 🌍

We had an insightful morning in Paris with our Altair France team and guest speakers Aurelie George of JobTeaser and Tracy Stuart Kautzmann of IMPACT Group to explore a timely topic: Generation Z and the future of international mobility.

Aurélie shared the latest career trends among young talent and evolving employer branding strategies, wrapping up with an interactive quiz for attendees.

Tracy and Altair Global’s Magali Bessard, Manager of Business Development, explored what the next generation of talent expects from employers and relocation programs, from mental health support and integration assistance to ongoing benefits that extend beyond the initial months of a move.

The session sparked engaging conversations and fresh ideas on how the global mobility industry can better prepare for the next generation.

Team members joined Kathryn Cassidy, President and Chief Operating Officer at Altair Global and Chair of Goodwill Board of Directors, for a philanthropic afternoon supporting the nonprofit's mission to provide funding for workforce development.

Goodwill Dallas has helped local North Texas communities overcome employment challenges and assist members in reaching their full potential through meaningful work.

The team had a great time learning more about the organization’s cause and hearing stories about hard work and opportunities from Terry Bradshaw and Howie Long, Former NFL Players.

Getting involved in our communities and supporting our young professionals! 🎢🦖

The Frisco Chamber of Commerce recently gave Frisco Young Professionals a behind-the-scenes look at one of the newest additions to the local community: Universal Kids Resort.

Altair Global was proud to send members of our HYPE (Helping Young Professionals Engage) team member resource group to the event for an opportunity to connect with fellow young professionals, engage with the chamber, and learn more about the new attraction.

HYPE members enjoyed an afternoon at the Jurassic World Adventure Camp, complete with food from the resort, conversations about the park and chamber, and even a chance to ride some coasters!

As part of our ongoing team member experience (TMX) initiatives, we’re proud to support our team members while creating opportunities to connect with and give back to the communities where we live and work.

Altair Global remembers former CEO Dennis O’Gara, who passed Saturday evening.

We’re honored to have had Dennis as part of the Altair team for 12 years, during which he served as Executive Vice President of Client Services and President before becoming the company’s third Chief Executive Officer.

Pulling trucks and fighting hunger. 🍽️🚚

Our Walnut Creek, CA team raised awareness for hunger at another fantastic Bay Area Truck Pull with Move For Hunger.

The competition brought mobility teams across the region together to make a positive impact and support Move For Hunger’s mission to fight against food waste in our local communities, while also hosting a friendly competition to pull a moving truck 100 feet in the fastest time.

What started with a dream of making a difference for our client partners and customers by providing them with the best relocating experiences possible has grown alongside the global mobility industry.
