🏟 From the World Cup to the PGA of America, Josh Dill has helped make Frisco a destination for some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment. As Assistant Executive Director for Visit Frisco, he oversees sports, sales, services, and research, using an entrepreneurial, data-driven approach to drive impact.

During his 17+ year career in tourism and sports, Josh has led efforts that produced a 265% increase in sports-related impacts for Frisco, while also bringing marquee events like the Scooter’s Coffee Frisco Bowl, ACM Awards, NCAA Division I Football Championship, and the Dallas Open ATP 500 to the city. He also serves on committees for the 2026 Dallas World Cup and played a key role in the relocation of the PGA of America headquarters.

A proud husband and dad of two daughters, Josh blends professional expertise with a genuine passion for growing Frisco’s profile as Sports City, USA.

⚾ For more than two decades, Scott Burchett has been a driving force behind the Frisco RoughRiders, now entering his 22nd season with the franchise. As General Manager, Scott oversees all aspects of operations for the Double-A baseball club—from corporate partnerships and ticket sales to fan entertainment, communications, and Major League affiliate relations.

Born and raised in Garland, Texas, Scott graduated from Baylor University and now calls Fairview home with his wife, Caroline, and their three children. His leadership reflects both a love for the game and a commitment to building lasting connections between the RoughRiders and the North Texas community.

🏛 With more than two decades shaping Frisco’s growth, Henry Hill has served the City of Frisco for 23 years, including as Deputy City Manager and briefly as Interim City Manager in 2022. His leadership has spanned both public-facing services and internal operations, helping guide the city through extraordinary growth and change.

Before moving to Texas, Henry spent 15 years as a City/Town Manager in Florida and Massachusetts. He is an ICMA Credentialed Manager, recipient of the ICMA Assistant Excellence in Leadership Award, and holds degrees from Harvard University and the University of Florida, along with an Executive Certificate in Public Leadership from Harvard Kennedy School.

Henry also gives back locally, serving on the Leadership Frisco Advisory Council and as an Ex-Officio on the Frisco Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. A mentor to emerging leaders, he shares lessons on ethics, leadership, and navigating complex challenges in government.

Since 2013, he’s served as Assistant Chief, leading across all aspects of department operations.

A Frisco resident for 30 years, Darren and his wife, a longtime FISD teacher, raised two daughters here, deepening his personal investment in the community he serves. Beyond the badge, he serves on the Leadership Frisco Advisory Council as Community Liaison and on the Frisco YMCA Board, helping build strong connections with diverse populations across the city.
