Morning Blessings,

Every year as I approach my birthday, one of two things seem to occur.

I either see a vision of my past or a glance of my future self.

Now, before you jump to conclusions of me being crazy, let me explain.

In life in order for us to move forward, sometimes we have to look at where we're at or where we have been, to see where we are going. Recently, I was driving down the road when suddenly I had a vision of sitting in the car with my sister Linda. As I looked at her features, it was though I could see myself in her.

Then later, I was sitting and writing. As I looked at my hands, I could see my sister Angela's hands.

But it was the conversations that were taking place in these visions that took me back a little. Their words just pulled me in! It was like being in a movie and I could hear their wisdom speaking to me. But, more importantly, I could see who I was becoming.

These women were part of my tribe, they were my sisters, but they were also my mentors, friend, fill in moms, support system and "Life Coaches".

They were part of a bond, a partnership in life and now in spirit.

They are the bridge between what was and what can be!

In Proverbs 31:26 it says, She opens her mouth with wisdom, and the teaching of her Kindness is on her tongue.

I am looking forward to #53 and what I have to offer to my Tribe, Community, and more importantly, Myself ...

As a coach, it is my calling to be in a partnership that helps others as they go through a transformation.

As the 1st month of this New Year starts to come to an end, ask yourself,

1. How do I see myself?

2. Who do I want to see myself being?

3. How can I accomplish this transformation?

4. What area of my life is most important to me right now?

5. Why do I desire this change?

Put together an agreement to "Stop Doing This" in a list, In order to help you make space/time for what is most important to you.

You don't have to see the vision with your eyes, you just have to first believe it in your mind! Make A-Firm Statement .. Decree A Thing and It Shall Be Established Unto Thee.

Dec 31st.. It's my Demo Day

Demolition means: to completely destroy buildings or otherstructures:

I am building up a new me!

2018 was eventful to say the least. At the beginning of the year, I started a new position. Half way through, I was in two car accidents. On top of that I was presented with information that appeared to be a health scare. And through it all, I kept receiving a message to forgive. And, it made me look a little closer at who and what I saw.

We see the "New Year" as a symbol of a new beginning. My question is, why do so many times we start it with a lie. I'm sorry, I meant Resolution.

The noun resolution has a few related meanings having to do with being firmly determined about something. If you lack determination, you'll never fulfill your New Year's resolutions. - vocabulary.com

Have you thought of buying a new home or ever bought a pre-owned house (that's realtors description for oldhouse). Every home starts with a blueprint and on the blueprint you see the foundation and frame of the house. But, before the work begins you have to demolish what was there to start over. In other words, you are tearing down in order to build up, so you can start to lay the Foundation and frame out the house.

In life, our mindset is built on the foundation of whatever program it was set to. We get in a rut, shame/blame, discouraged, fearful, lose our confidence, speak of lack with words like, I don't know, I can't, I'm not sure, I don't have, not me... and so on. We wait for the new year to roll in, and we rollover to the same old us, but we cover it with, "this year I'm going to...!" You can fill in the blanks. Instead of taking the time to demo the old and start a new.

In Ephesians 4:22-23
22 You were taught, with regard to your
former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; 23 to be made new in the attitude of your minds;

In Roman's 22:2
2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will

In 2 Corinthians 5

5 We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ

So, you say, get to the point Arnetta. Where am I going with all this?

Take today Dec 31, 2018 and make it Demo Day

How, by taken time out of this day to identify Beliefs you've applied to your life that do not serve a purpose.

Make a list

I Believed...

I forgive myself for believing

I forgive (that person name) because I do not want to hold myself or them hostage for or because of their actions against me.

Starting today..
I know ...
I Can Be ...
I Will Do ...
I Shall Have ...
Because, I AM...

When you identify the problem with the Foundation, you can tear it down, and start to build it up.

This is your Blueprint for your New Mindset

The celebrations will soon be starting. From high school Sr's soon saying good bye to the familiar everyday task, to college grads, coming to a fork in the road of choosing career and how it all fits into work and life balance.

So, approach life as one big lesson and experience. The Universe is waiting to give you what you ask for.

What Happens when Insight Overruled Eyesight. A Shift in Your Mindset causes a Shift to take Place in Your Life.

I woke up this morning so Grateful for how God has called me to use this platform in the same way I have been able to help so many people over the years with their insurance questions, concerns and frustrations.

See, I really had a bad taste in my mouth about insurance for many years, well up into a month or so ago😆. Why? Because I only received a negative outlook on it. People yelling at you on both sides, and it was just emotionally draining. I just wanted to do my job, get my little Just Over Broke check and go home.

But, about a month ago (on my new, not in insurance job) someone informed me of a relative that was killed in a motorcycle accident. And what happened? Insight overruled eyesight, and a shift in my mindset caused a shift to take place in my life. And, you guessed it, I went into claims adjuster mode. It was then that God used my Insight to help me see the good in my years working in the field of insurance.

If you are in a place that seems hopeless, Uninsured (pun intended), sit down and make a list of the pros and cons of the situation. How can your experience be used or applied in other areas of your life?

Speaking of list, storm is on the way. Make a list of your possessions and take photos of your vehicle(s) and home The best thing you can do in a claim is show proof of the condition of the item pre-damage. And make sure it's date stamped.

I Am Grateful.

I have a few friends that are couponers. I mean really into it. Recently, one gave me alot of items for the household becsuse she had received so much stuff for free. Prior to this, I had asked her on several occasions if I could give her money in exchange for her shopping for me or giving (meaning, i pay her) me somethings she had purchased. She never seemed open to the idea.

So, I asked her to show me how this all worked. Mine you I'm still confused and slightly overwhelmed, but, it's ok.

So, it was so surprising when I stopped by her house one night and she had gifted me these items. I was so grateful. Because, I learned it takes up alot of their time.

So, if there is something you want or need, being grateful or having a grateful heart is one of the sure ways to allow the Universe to release to you what you want or desire to manifest in Life.

The point is whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully, will also reap bountifully. Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion.

Don't Dismiss Your Feelings.

There is a compilation of Universal Laws that apply to our lives being shaped. Rather it be by our own volition or the choices others place up on us.

But, no matter what, we get to choose in who takes part in co-creating our life and how our lives are created.

And, it all starts with connecting your head and heart.

When it comes to applying the Law of Attraction to create and manifest your desires, wants and needs in life, it is important that you do not dismiss those feel good vibes.

Why? Because everything we create in our lives is not just based on the thoughts we put out in the universe, but how our thoughts make us feel.

Remember, what we think about determines how we see our life with our physical eyes, which in turn determines how we use our words to describe our situations. And, those words play an effect on our feelings.

If you say I Can, but your Mind is still saying I Can't. Guess what, you won't.

So, how do you resolve this.
By retraining your Subconscious mind with a new Tagline. Tell it something that is slightly different than what it's use to. That way you take away that "Feeling of Resistance!" And, the more you say it, and apply action, because Faith w/o Works is dead - James 2:14-26, the easier it becomes to release those which is just & and you start to live in the & being all you are called to be, do & have!
