Finding My Old Self:

I’m excited to share that I’ve ordered more planters and succulents (those are coming soon).

I took a 2 yr hiatus from doing the very thing that brings me joy, calmness, and happiness. It’s safe to say I’ve been in a downward slump, depression, sadness or whatever you want to call it. I’ve had several life changing events take place in a short period of time and to say I’ve been overwhelmed is an understatement. I lost sight of what truly matters and decided this past year to not feel this way anymore. I’ve put my husband through hell and back, even though he won’t admit it. It took me taking a long must needed vacation to get out of the dangerous rut I was rolling around in. I’m in a much better place now. No more anxiety, sleepless nights, or self destructive thinking.

So these may look like just planters to most but to me they are a symbol of moving forward, acceptance, and appreciation for what I’ve gone through. The below quote shows that I am on a new journey of self discovery and I now know I’m on the right path, even if I don’t find my old self…
