We're working on ICON Tallahassee, a 9-story, 804-bed student housing community at 730 W. Gaines Street, right next to FSU. The building will feature everything from studios to 5-bedroom units, a rooftop pool deck with views of Doak Campbell Stadium, a fitness center, study lounges, and below-grade parking.

Park7 Group is the developer, and Hoar Construction, LLC is the GC on a $100M+ project. We're handling BIM modeling, MEP coordination, and plumbing shop drawings for Express Plumbing — making sure everything is coordinated before it hits the field.

Completion is set for Fall 2028. We can't wait to see it come together!

🏫 Project Highlight | Hogan-Spring Glen Elementary School

BIMWWERX is proud to be part of the team bringing a brand-new elementary school to Jacksonville, FL! Serving as the BIM Plumbing Coordinator alongside Touchton Plumbing Contractors, we're helping to coordinate the future home of nearly 930 Pre-K through 5th-grade students.

This $43.7M campus is being built by an incredible team — Batson-Cook Construction leading construction, Bhide & Hall Architects on design, and Jacobs Engineering managing the project for Duval County Public Schools. Set to open in August 2027, this is exactly the kind of project that reminds us why we love what we do. 🧡
