Individual must be capable of:
-Reading and interpreting code books
-Exhibiting Construction experience
-Follow installation manuals
-Manage installation team members
-Provide exceptional customer service

Job description:
-Installing fireplaces in new construction and residential retrofitting
-Demolition and construction of chimney chases
-Perform Chimney safety inspections/cleanings
-Designing and installing venting systems
-Repair and maintenance on current heating systems
-Occasional drywall, stucco, tile/rock work
-Managing a 1-4 member team
(Other supporting tasks such as spa delivery, pool installation, and other company related tasks)

Mandatory qualifications:
-High school Diploma/GED
-Valid Drivers license
-Clean driving record
-Available Monday-Friday 6am-7pm (schedule varies)
-Reliable transportation to/from work
-Ability to pass drug screening/background check
-Personal tools

Preferred qualifications:
-Professional Fireplace installation experience
-2 years construction experience
-Current journeyman or other state license
-HVAC repair/installation experience
-Propane/Natural gas experience
-Previous leadership role
