Did you know that it's a LIE when you're told that you need 5 or more full-time employees to qualify for the ERC credit? They're lying to you because although the credit will be a significant amount for your smaller business (up to 26K per full AND part-time employee), they don't want to waste their time processing your credit when they could be processing larger credits and thus making more money themselves.

This is a potential sign of a fraudulent or careless processor, and morally unconscionable in my opinion.

Don't let a LIE that's repeated often become "fact" that affects you. Contact me to find out the truth about whether you qualify. Over 90% of businesses with W2 employees that were paid during 2020 and 2021 have been qualifying.
