Yesterday, I had an opportunity to participate in a sound healing expert hosted experience hosted by Fit Houston . Granted this wasn’t my first sound bath, but it was so amazing to be outside and feeling the cool breeze on my skin under the bridge at Mason Park and it was SO Next Level! Kudos to Lharissa Jacobs and team for hosting such an amazing event every fourth Sunday of the month!

is hosting our 2nd Annual Maternal Mental Health Symposium this Thursday from 11 AM–1 PM at .

This experience is for moms in every season—from pregnancy loss and postpartum to perimenopause and menopause. If you’re mothering, we want you in the room.

Our panel of healthcare professionals will help demystify what’s happening with our bodies, answer the questions women are often afraid to ask, and provide real conversations around healing, hormones, pelvic health, holistic wellness, and support.

Because motherhood changes us—and we deserve support through every stage of it.
