Valued Pest Control and Management 101
In the Profession of Professional Pest Management, Control, and Elimination we never profess the immediate eradication of Life-Cycled Pests in your home or place of business… immediately. We can reduce and eliminate your pest problems if given the: proper time; and the valued professional technicians, chemicals, methods, and equipment used.
In the Pest Control Industry we use the term Integrated Pest Management. It is simply bringing together or incorporating valuable integral parts of the Pest Control Programing into chemical treatments and non-chemical applications. We incorporate and emphasize Non Chemical and Chemical Strategies and Tactics into a process or protocol to reduce and eliminate pests from your residence or commercial site as effectively as possibly.
There are numerous Crawling and Flying Insects. In our Standard Service we cover 70 varieties of both categories.
EB/LI… What does that mean? Pest control operations are broken down into Exterior Perimeter and Local Interior applications (or EP/Li’s) in or around your home or place of business.
There are bundled Standard Pest Control Services that may include the management of a range or group of Broadband Pests that are Life Cycled or Occasional Invaders in your home or commercial site.
Standard Categories like: Ants, Roaches, Spiders, Flies, Moisture Bugs, and Rodents…more or less are a Standard Service package, a group of pests covered as a whole.
Standard Services can be done in frequency every Month (M), Every Other Month (EOM), or every three months (Quarterly-Q) depending on the level of activity. This frequency is based on the amount or severity of the infestation, or simply the preferences of the customers liking.
There are Special Pest Control Services that may include a Onetime Service done one time within one day with No Guarantee. One Time service means what it implies…one time.It may include a 30 day follow up. As well, Special Pest Control Services may have a set of 3-6 months to insure pest reduction and elimination. Usually, this Pest Control Service can be done on a Seasonal Bases as well. Pests may include any of the pests mentioned above or; Seasonal or Occasional Invaders, Wasps, Bed Bugs, Mosquitoes, Mites, Fleas and Ticks, Drain Flies, etc.
Customers pest control services can also be on a P.R.N. (a medical term ‘as needed’) or ‘Will Call’ bases when needed service list.
Exterior Perimeter Only is for customers that only want the Exterior perimeter done. When It is not required, nor desired, to have the service technician come inside for treatment onside the home, for whatever reason, it is an Exterior Perimeter Only Treatment. Other than chemically treating active areas, it is the most important application.
