I just wanted to pass on some information about going solar. Currently, the Federal Government is offering a 30% tax credit for everyone that is going solar. I work for Top Tier Solar Solutions. We are offering a solar setup at no upfront costs to the Home Owner. There is no batteries anymore, because Duke is offering net metering which means the power you over produce goes back to the Power grid as a credit. So when you need power, it is supplied back to the Home Owner at 100% compared to the 70-80% that is currently going to the home at which the Home Owner pays the 100%. If you would like to know more, send me a DM. But hurry. Rates are currently as low as 2.99% until January 20th. At which time rates will go up to 3.99%. Hope to hear from you soon.
