Day 5 of National Telecommunicators Week and we wrapped it up with a little “10-code” fun! 📻🚔
Our day shift showed out for 10 Codes Day—let’s just say we had a major jail break situation going on! The creativity, laughter, and team spirit this week has been unmatched.
As NTW comes to a close, I want to take a moment to recognize the heart of it all—our dispatchers. You are the calm in the chaos, the steady voice in someone’s worst moment, and the unseen heroes behind every call. The dedication, compassion, and strength you show day in and day out does not go unnoticed. We are beyond thankful for each and every one of you.
To all of our incredible sponsors—thank you. Your generosity, kindness, and support made this week truly special for our team. We are so grateful for everything you did to help us celebrate our people the way they deserve.
I hope you all continue to celebrate, enjoy, and take in every bit of appreciation coming your way through the weekend!

🎸⭐ Day [4] of National Telecommunicators Week = ROCKSTAR STATUS ⭐🎸

Today we turned the volume all the way up for Rock Star Day AND celebrated our awards & prize day — and WOW, what a way to honor this incredible team!

A huge shoutout to Chief Brian Mullinax and the Blacksburg Police Department for the awesome gifts, Antioch Volunteer Fire Department for keeping us fed, and Dunkin’ Donuts for the coffee and treats that kept us going strong ☕🍩 We are so grateful for ALL of our amazing sponsors who showed us so much love this week!

But most importantly… today was about recognizing the true rockstars behind the headsets 🎧
Our dispatchers show up day in and day out with dedication, strength, and heart — answering every call, handling every crisis, and being the calm in someone else’s storm.

We are beyond proud of each and every one of you. Thank you for all that you do for our community — you don’t just do the job, you ROCK it 🤘❤️
