Hey Era, we wanted to give you guys an update.

Termite treatment was completed yesterday. We drilled holes through the concrete near all water penetrations and treated below the slab. They also treated the soil around the perimeter. Goodbye to those little sawdust making critters.

Unfortunately, while drilling into the foundation an LP (propane) line was hit. It’s been decided that the best and most efficient way to correct this, and so the gas lines are up to code, is to run new gas lines to the gas appliances.

Rodney and team with IDIA- I Do It All has finished fixing the termite damaged studs. New insulation installed, and sheetrock is going in today.
